The Mack Bag ™️

The Mack Bag ™️ is your must have boxing bag! It is crafted from repurposed tires and designed as a wall-mounted punching bag that saves space while reducing tire waste in landfills. The Mack Bag ™️ provides a wide range of exercises suitable for all fitness levels.

-It offers the ability to use RESISTANCE BANDS to further enhance your workouts.

-The NOODLE accessory is perfect for honing defensive skills such as slipping, parrying, counter-punching, bobbing and weaving. The noodle can be positioned on the right or left side, as well as 2 height options per side.
